Refund Policy

Credits are the only thing you pay for on Tradelyze. This page explains when a refund is possible.

Free credits

Free credits added when you sign up have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Credits already used

A credit is used when a strategy submission starts or when a built-in prop firm is checked. Analyses run on remote compute and can take hours, so used credits are generally not refundable once the work has started.

Analyses that fail on our side

If an analysis fails because of a fault on Tradelyze’s side, contact us and we will review it and restore the credits used, or refund them where restoring is not possible.

Unused credits

If you bought credits by mistake and have not used them, raise a support ticket promptly and we will consider a refund case by case.

How to ask

Open a support ticket from your account with the email you registered with and the submission or purchase concerned. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See also the Terms of Service.
