Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tradelyze you agree to these terms. Tradelyze is provided by Pick MyTrade Pvt Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Tradelyze analyses TradingView Pine Script strategies: it searches strategy inputs, runs walk-forward analysis and robustness tests, and checks results against prop firm rule presets or your own custom rules. The service is currently in beta, so features, limits and results may change, and availability is not guaranteed.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.

Credits and payment

New accounts receive free credits. Further credits are sold at the price shown at checkout. A strategy submission and each built-in prop firm preset checked use credits as described in the app at the time. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the Pine Script, trade exports and market data you upload. You give us a limited licence to process them to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the right to upload them, including any rights in third-party market data. We handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not resell or share access to the service without our written permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Do not use automated means to bulk-extract results or reverse-engineer the platform.

No financial advice

Tradelyze is an analysis tool. Its scores, grades and pass/fail results describe historical data and are not predictions or recommendations. Read the Disclaimer. Prop firm presets can fall behind a firm’s current terms, so check every limit on the firm’s own site.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pick MyTrade Pvt Ltd is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed prop firm challenges or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes, termination and contact

We may update these terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and you can stop using the service or ask us to close your account at any time. Questions can be sent through a support ticket in your account.
